Information we collect
For demonstration access, we collect the email address you enter, the time and source of the request, and the confirmation and engagement records generated by the email service. If you contact or book a meeting with us, we also receive the information you choose to provide in that interaction.
Why we use it
- To deliver the demonstration or information you requested.
- To protect the form from spam, misuse and invalid submissions.
- To respond to questions and understand interest in Madhilaiya's services.
- To send continuing marketing emails only where you have separately chosen to receive them.
Email verification and service providers
We use MailerLite to operate the signup form, confirmation email and related subscriber records. MailerLite processes this information on our behalf under its own security and data-processing terms. A confirmation email is used to check that you control the address submitted.
Retention and your choices
We retain a demo-access record only while it remains useful for the stated purpose, legal compliance or protection against abuse. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw a permission you previously gave, by emailing sathya@madhilaiya.in.
International processing and security
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We choose established providers and limit the information collected to what is needed for the requested interaction. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
